President 2012, Tim Sisneros, VoIP Industry Expert, has more than 23 years of experience in the telecommunications and Internet industry where he has focused on emerging IP technologies in both direct and indirect channels. His past position as VP of Business Development in the Service Provider market has established a very unique perspective in the market. He currently serves as Polycom’s VoIP service providerdevelopment manager for the Central U.S. He managed development of Level 3’s worldwide portal to order hosted VoIP services in the U.S. and European markets and was key in developing the Qwest Business Partner Program from start-up through launch to the successful program it is today. He served as an implementation manager as well as in various technician roles within MCI Telecommunications, including work at their largest switching facility in the country. Tim is has been and active board member with CTP over the past 3 years. In 2009 He was selected as one of Colorado’s 25 Most Powerful SalesPeople and was highlighted in Colorado Biz magazine. Second Vice President 2012, Jay Weber has more than 19 years of experience in sales, business development and leadership roles in technology companies. In his most recent roles, Jay founded Liberty Bell Telecom, a competitive local phone company which was recently sold to DISH Network in January 2011. Jay started Liberty Bell Telecom as President, grew the company to $5m in revenue and sold the company to a private company in 2006. Jay stayed with the acquiring company, assisted in two subsequent acquisitions, continued to grow the company to $12m in revenue and assisted in the sale of the company to DISH Network in 2011. Jay was recognized as one of “Colorado’s Most Powerful Salespeople of the Year” by ColoradoBiz Magazine in 2011.

Marketing Chair 2012, Heidi Hollenbeck is a Senior IT, Billing and Operations Executive with 15+ years of strategic leadership experience in communication companies. She thrives in roles requiring transformation of enterprise technologies and business operations to profitably meet demands of growth, mergers and acquisitions, and global competition. She founded H2 Consulting, LLC to provide leadership and management consulting in business operations and IT. Recently she served as VP Business Operations at Open Range Communications, a wireless broadband startup company. Ms. Hollenbeck was formerly with T-Mobile as Vice President of BSS & Front Line Technology. In this role she lead a team of 300+ in business support systems of 32 million customers via 2,200 retail locations and 24 call centers. In her earlier career, Ms. Hollenbeck served as a Senior Director of Voice Operations with Comcast. Ms. Hollenbeck also has served as Director of Billing Operations for Sprint-Nextel Communications for seven years. She provided strategic leadership to ensure cost-effective $44-billion revenue stream for over 50 million customers.
Business Development Chair 2012, Dan Gillan has 12 years of success driving vision, strategy, and roadmaps in the telecommunications industry. He has experience optimizing volume, revenues, and profits in direct, indirect, and retail sales channels for wireless and broadband communications companies.
His experience includes working for Fortune 500 and startup companies. He has held multiple positions throughout his career including General Manager and Vice President of Sales with Open Range Communications. He currently serves as the Director of Sales in the Colorado Market for Cricket Communications. Early in his career he was an Area Manager in AT&T’s largest market and later managed T-Mobile’s largest indirect partner for the West Region.
Membership Chair 2012, Bryan Walsh is Regional Sales Director for Latisys. He has been in IT infrastructure sales for the past 15 years with various companies including Lucent Technologies, Avaya, IBM and Data393. For the past 6 years, Bryan has been responsible for the growth of the managed hosting and colocation business of Latisys in the Rocky Mountain region with an emphasis on colocation, managed services and cloud technologies. Bryan is a native Coloradoan attended Smoky Hill High School and graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Economics.
